Customer Success Representative – Chat Support, No Calling (Entry Level / No Experience)

Step into the digital forefront as a Customer Success Representative, where your passion for service meets our dedication to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will address inquiries and resolve concerns through chat, providing a seamless experience without the need for phone calls. What you will be doing: You will be required to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connectivity. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are entry level chat support roles, so comprehensive training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
